Purchases, Payments & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.
5.2 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of our products, ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES, AND DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, except where required by applicable law.
5.3 — REFUND EXCEPTIONS
Refund requests for live coaching programs or memberships may be considered within 3 business days of purchase, provided no sessions have been attended and no materials have been accessed. All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
5.4 — CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to terminate account access for users who initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
